You rescued me from somewhere and treated me with care,
Never thought I would be wanted by anyone, anywhere.
That really was my lucky day in oh so many ways;
I have a splendid home now where I hope I will always stay.

I will love you and never forget you in my faithful horsey way
You love me and you feed me, you do your best to heal my wounds
I know it breaks your hearts, when it's time for us to go,
but we know you have done your best for us because it really shows

The little sheep say “baa baa baa I know you are coming to feed me'
The goats stand up in their stately way to say “Good you are coming my way”,
The pigs they snort and grunt, they love to root around and hunt,
The little donkeys say “Hee haw hee haw are you coming to stroke me some more?
The cow and her calf are a sight to behold.

All of the animals are so brave and so bold,
There's lots more about the sanctuary that could be told.
